Statutory Disclosures under DPDP Act 2023
1. Lawful Purpose: Personal data (such as name, contact information, education, employment history, and resume) is collected strictly for matching you with verified employment drives and processing job applications.
2. Data Retention & Storage: Data is encrypted using AES-256 and stored on secure cloud database clusters located within authorized jurisdictions in compliance with Government of India data localization norms. Data is retained only for the duration of your active account or until you exercise your Right to Erasure.
3. Cross-Border Sharing: When applying for international voice / overseas academic roles, your application information is transmitted securely only to the respective hiring partner.
4. Grievance Redressal SLA: In terms of Section 13 of the Act, our designated Grievance Redressal Officer responds to all privacy and data rights complaints within 7 working days.
