• Identity & Contact Data: Full Name, Email Address, Verified Mobile / WhatsApp Number, City, and State.
• Professional Profile & Resume Data: Work Experience, Qualifications, Technical & Soft Skills, Desired Roles, Expected Compensation, and uploaded Resume / CV documents.
• Employer & Recruiter Data: Corporate Name, GSTIN/CIN (for verification), Official Recruiter Email, Process Details, and Hiring Preferences.
• Technical & Usage Logs: IP Address, Browser User Agent, Session Timestamps, Job Search Queries, and Application Status audit logs.

Personal data is processed strictly based on your informed, itemized consent for specified legitimate recruitment purposes:

• Facilitating direct job applications with verified employers and recruiting partners.
• Generating AI-driven ATS Match Scores to recommend relevant openings.
• Providing real-time application status alerts and WhatsApp interview schedules.
• Preventing recruitment fraud, fake postings, unauthorized scraping, and platform abuse.

All personal data and resume assets are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256 cloud encryption. We implement strict role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and regular vulnerability audits. All data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure adhering to Government of India data localization norms.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers or advertisers. Personal data is shared solely with the explicit employer/client whose job position you voluntarily apply for or consent to be discovered by in recruiter talent searches.

Under Sections 11 through 14 of the DPDP Act, you possess the following enforceable rights:

• Right to Access Information (Sec 11): Request a full machine-readable summary of all personal data held and identities of entities shared with.
• Right to Correction & Erasure (Sec 12): Rectify inaccurate details or request permanent account erasure (Right to be Forgotten).
• Right of Grievance Redressal (Sec 13): File complaints with our designated Grievance Redressal Officer with a guaranteed resolution within 7 working days.
• Right to Nominate (Sec 14): Designate a representative who shall exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
• Right to Withdraw Consent (Sec 6): Unconditionally revoke consent for marketing, profile discovery, or direct messaging anytime.
