This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid employer plans on Jobs-Pedia.
1. Free Accounts
Job seekers and basic employer accounts are free. No payment is required, so no refund applies.
2. Paid Plans
- Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and will not renew for the next cycle.
- Annual plans cancelled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable
Used job credits, promoted listings already published, and one-time verification fees are non-refundable.
