Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 15 to 20 customer support executives on a US telecommunications voice process.
- Monitor real-time floor performance, handle customer escalations, and drive CSAT metrics.
- Conduct 1-on-1 coaching, feedback sessions, and quality improvement training.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2 to 8 years experience in US voice BPO with at least 1+ years as a Team Leader / Assistant TL.
- Deep knowledge of telecom SLAs, AHT management, and QA metrics.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
