Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for Australian telecommunication subscribers (Mobile, Broadband & SIM plans).
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, plan upgrades, and billing queries.
- Deliver friendly and effective resolution per Australian customer expectations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1 to 8 years experience in international voice processes (Australian / UK / US shifts).
- Strong spoken English skills with active listening.
- Open to early morning Australian shifts with cab facility.
